Needing to balance the books, The Guardian says that Los Blancos are prepared to allow the Morocco international to move to Inter Milan on a permanent basis.
Although Inter are well stocked for options in that area of the pitch, the 21-year-old will likely be regarded as a first-choice player by head coach Antonio Conte.
The report adds that the Italian giants are prepared to hand Hakimi a five-year contract.
