Real Madrid vs Levante Prediction & Match Preview

Real Madrid vs Levante
Spain-La Liga
Date: Saturday, 30 January 2021
Kick-off at 15:15 UK/ 16:15 CET
Venue: Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano (Madrid).

Real Madrid will be looking to build on a 4-1 win over Deportivo Alaves when they host Levante at their Estadio Santiago Bernabeu on Matchday 21.

Los Blancos are eager to melt Atletico Madrid’s advantage in the La Liga standings, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at los Levantinos.

Sergio Ramos returned to training, but Saturday’s game comes too early for the captain.

Since Nacho has been tested positive for coronavirus, Eder Militao is likely to keep his place in the starting XI, alongside Raphael Varane.

Levante, on the other hand, sit in the middle of the table ahead of the trip to the Spanish capital.

Paco Lopez’s troops have recorded no more than one win on the road this season, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Real Madrid’s party at Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano.

After navigating the team through an injury crisis earlier on in the campaign, Gracia has relatively few injury worries to contend with this weekend.

Kevin Gameiro, who only just returned to action after a short injury lay-off, is unavailable once again due to COVID-19.

Thierry Correia and Mouctar Diakhaby are both also out with hamstring injuries, meaning Gracia will be forced to tweak his backline.

Elche will be without Fidel, who has a hamstring injury, while new boy Johan Mojica could start again in defence.

Valencia possible starting lineup:
Domenech; Wass, Gabriel, Guillamon, Gaya; Musah, Soler, Racic, Cheryshev; Gomez, Vallejo

Elche possible starting lineup:
Badia; Barragan, Gonzalo, Gonzalez, Mojica; Josan Fernandez, Guti, Marcone, Rodriguez, Rigoni; Boye
